Two links to LAWS OF THE GAME that I have found interesting.  Particularly for folks like me that don't know all there is to know about soccer and the rules that make the game function. 

The first one is the "official" FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) laws.  This is the FIFA site and it has two links:  the first is the 17 laws in PDF format, the second is questions and answers about the 17 laws (also in PDF format).   Look in the middle of the page, both links are accessed by clicking on the word English under their respective descriptions.

The second site is basically the same thing, except the authors have tried to make the laws a little more understandable.  Some folks like the official site, some like this - SOCCER-COACH-L - put together by several coaches.  Both are good.
