Request for Absence

All requests for absences must be cleared through your coaches.  This should be done before the absence occurs (if it is a planned absence - Doctor visit, etc..).   Coach Dean can be reached at 313-5333.  Phone requests are preferable. 

Remember, the absence is not approved until the Coach has been notified and responds to you that it is acceptable.
